Sustainable Capsule Wardrobe
The goal for 2024 is to have a sustainable capsule wardrobe. I know you are saying to yourself, what is
she talking about? Well, we want to invest in pieces that can last and are not so trendy. Investing in
quality material that has a lasting effect on how we get dress. However, you like to show up daily is our
theme for 2024. If a person loves casual wear, then we will invest in quality joggers and slacks the can
uphold our casual looks. Business casual will also look to brands that carry affordable pieces that can be
worn for years to come. Pick your style and stick to it. Make a Pinterest board and showcase all the styles
you wear the most and that is your start to a great wardrobe. Please stop copying influencers and learn
to develop a dress strategy. What am I most comfortable in? What do I buy the most? How do I amp up
my simple style? These are questions to ask yourself when you are developing your personal style.
If you are a person who works in an office, find you some great slacks, button down shirts, and great
quality blazers. Occasionally wearing a casual dress that can be worn with loafers or heels. A nice coat
with a pop of color will jazz up a simple outfit. Add a necklace or a handbag to a casual fit does wonders.
Let’s us shop our closets and utilize the things that we have spent money on to help elevate our 2024
wardrobe. Stop buying STUNT PIECES if you are not a person who STUNTS often! A closet full of STUNT
pieces is a road to disaster. What do you wear shopping? What do you wear to work? These are the
places we visit the most, so it takes priority over flashy pieces. BUT always keep a LITTLE BLACK DRESS
and some cute heels in case you need to step out.
